Of course that requires research and confirmation, something your article does well. It's a lot of work and most people won't do the hard work to make things clear to themselves. Here's one good way to balance our budget, not to mention curb Waste, Fraud & Abuse: Fire everyone in the Senate, the House of Representatives and the Supreme Court, since the Republicans are just going to follow Trump's lead and let him run the country by himself and the Democrats won't even try to put sand in the gears.
