Mike, appreciate all you do to wake up the American people. You must feel like Chicken Little some days, running around squawking into the wind, but those of us who are paying attention know how vital and necessary your work is.

Slava America, to borrow a phrase from friends! 🇺🇸

Can’t Agree with the Chicken Little bit. At All. Especially your description.

I find Mr. Brock reasoning all along the Way of his Words. More: Profound than Panicked. Realistic than Rattled. Steady than Running. And certainly not “squawking into the wind”.

Thank you for such outstanding use of language to describe our present predicament. Most people are too afraid or too overwhelmed or too distracted to be able to express the reality and detriment of what is happening to us. I feel like we are in a war zone with our own government, like we are being held hostage and traumatized by a man hell bent on taking our country down. He is a traitor to all of us, to our constitution and to our values. I feel like people are losing hope and losing their wits about them as his tactics become more “normalized.” There is a psychological state of learned helplessness and I feel like we are bordering on this precipice where we are rats in a cage getting electrically zapped every time we try to counter him.

We all must be out in the streets March 28 for No Kings protest. We need tens of thousands, not just 9 million that they are calling for.

And today ‘It’ asks for $200,000,000,000 more. ‘It’ has bankrupted every thing that it has ever touched. ‘It’ is intent on bankrupting all futures embodied in our children. Elsewhere, Bibi gives a sly well-crafted speech.

Deeply poignant and much appreciated. Our inheritance, indeed, at enormous costs we carry in our bones. We cannot give over to such insipid, incoherent wannabes nor ignore the ways our governance has been poisoned by Big Money. Gear up and stay busy.

I spoke up for years against the Maga movement, could see this shit from a mile away. Now that they are doing everything I said they would do I just feel numb. There is no recovering from this, seems the nation will be fucked for the rest of my life.

This is what is so hard to understand. The rw politicians, venal tech oligarchs, etc. and their lackeys are in no way trying to preserve good conditions for people, the country, or the planet at large. They are actively destroying them for short-term financial reasons, power, or even weird apocalyptic reasons and beliefs. Yet, they loudly claim to be concerned with humanity's future, or family values. It's time for the rest of us to push back hard and make it clear: they are destroyers, and there is an alternative.

Thank you 🙏🏽 Mike for putting it so clearly and simply. I think I’ve convinced my son to bring his son of 5 years to join us in a march across memorial bridge (DC) on March 28 for no kings 3. Last time I did this was in 1969 with placards of dead soldiers names…I’ll be wearing a placard again with Pretti and Goode’s names on one side and IMPEACH THEM ALL on the other. (March starts at 10 am at the foot of memorial bridge in Arlington).

We need a general strike.

Mike this was beautiful! Every word should be blasted by loudspeaker in every flaming red MAGA suburb in the entire country, the same way the feds blasted Nancy Sinatra's These Boots Were Made For Walking during the Waco siege, until they all either give up, or go permanently insane (instead of temporarily).
