That there are Lots of civilian casualties due to collateral damage does not equal genocide. Genocide has a specific meaning. One not at all met even by the uneven or disparate rate of casualties. While Hamas has genocidal intentions towards Jews, Israel does not have genocidal intentions towards Palestinians— even toward Hamas, more often captured than killed. Palestinians are 20% of the citizenry of Israel where they have equal rights and are not targeted as they would be in a genocide. The Gazan civilians killed by Hamas were killed at a more “genocidal” pace. Hamas has killed 15.000 fellow citizens since Israel left that portion of Gaza— in just a month or two. So a 1/4 or more than killed during the war — those were not all killed by IDF either, often them killing each other on purpose or inadvertently. IDF sent millions of texts, and other warnings—leaflets, calls, to evacuate areas before bombing Hamas facilities embedded in civilian areas. Obviously not a genocidal move!
The continued assaults on West Bank Palestinians, coupled with theft of their homes and land, is an obvious move, along with the intentional killings of children, women and journalists in Gaza, towards obliterating Palestinian culture. That's genocide. The Palestinian death toll in Gaza is above 72,000, with 3/4 being civilian. That's not "collateral damage." Leveling nearly every hospital and school in Gaza is not "collateral damage." Hamas is estimated by the UN Human Rights Office to have killed about 80 Palestinians, mostly on charges of collaboration, since last October. Your "15,000" is a lie.
Your source seems to be way off. 25k were identified and named terrorists and 75% were men of military age. 80% of the dead (if not Gaza) are Hamas affiliated, family usually. Kill the Jews is an ideology, not a culture. Palestinians are respected more within Israel than other places they have found refuge. No voting rights anywhere besides Israel (maybe some in Jordan). Let’s hope the West Bank becomes more calm and doesn’t turn into another Gaza where anti Zionists use schools and hospitals to launch rockets and don’t provide any bomb shelters or tunnel access for their people to avoid the retaliatory fire.
